Terms and Conditions


Welcome to AutoConcierge! Please carefully review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our services and AC Elite Privilege card.


VALIDITY:


The AC Elite Privilege card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

It is valid at any AutoConcierge AC Elite partner shops.


CLAIMING OFFERS:


To avail of offers, present your AC Elite Privilege card to our partner shops.


AVAILABILITY AND PURCHASE:


  • The AC Elite VIP cards are available at partner shops for Php 999/year (introductory price; SRP Php 1,299/year).
  • Cards can also be purchased on Lazada and Shopee.

ACTIVATION:


  • To activate your AC Elite VIP Privilege card, contact us via Facebook Messenger or email.
  • Card activation typically takes 5-7 working days.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: 


  • Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Free towing available for AC Elite members.
  • Towing distance: Up to 15 km (additional charges apply beyond).


CANCELLATION POLICY:


  • Cancellation fee: 50% of total bill within 15 minutes after deployment.
  • Fee to be paid online or deposited to AutoConcierge account.


LTO ASSIST - RENEWAL: 


  • Car registration processed within 1 day.
  • Service cost: Php 3,500.
  • Pick-up time: As early as 6 AM for a 1-day process.
  • Cash basis for LTO renewal.
  • Driver wears a face mask at all times.


CANCELLATION: 


  • Free reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a Php 1,800 cancellation fee.
  • Service available within NCR; outside NCR subject to pay adjustment.
  • Payment received by our driver upon vehicle pickup. Excess returned or advanced payment documented with an original receipt.
  • LTO Renewal Requirements:
  • Latest Original Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR)
  • LTO and electronic copy of Insurance Certificate of Cover (Third Party Liability)
  • Original Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR)
  • Original Certificate of Emission Compliance (CEC)


LTO ASSIST - CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP:


  • Change of ownership processed within 1-2 days.
  • Service cost: Php 5,000.
  • Requirements:
    • Clearance from Philippine National Police-Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG)
    • Latest Original Official Receipt (OR) of payment and Certificate of Registration (CR)
    • Original Deed of Sale
    • Insurance Cover (CTPL)
    • Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN)
    • Accomplished and approved Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR)

  • Use of the AC Elite Privilege card signifies agreement to these terms and conditions.
  • Partner shops reserve the right to amend or remove offers.
