How can I book a driver?

What is the lead time for booking a driver?
  • Bookings should be made 48 hours before your preferred date. For inquiries, call our hotlines.
How much does it cost to book a driver?
  • For non-AC Elite members, Rent-A-Driver costs Php 1,999, including 8 hours of booking and AC Elite Card.
  • For AC Elite cardholders, Rent-A-Driver starts at Php 1,800. Additional hours are charged at Php 160.
Do you offer car rental services?
  • No, we currently offer only driver services.
Can you drive my car when it's number coding?
  • No.
Can the driver drive my car without supervision?
  • Yes, our drivers can operate independently.
Can the driver drive me to multiple stops?
  • Yes, within your booked hours.
Where is the service available?
  • Currently within NCR. For inquiries outside NCR, please call our hotlines.
How can I pay?
  • Payment is online. A payment link will be sent via email and SMS upon completion of booking details.
What is your cancellation protocol?
  • Reschedule for free with 24-hour notice. Less than 24 hours incurs a fee.
How do we confirm the driver's identity?
  • You will receive an email with the driver's company ID and license. They will present these on the booking day.
Are both the car and passengers insured?
  • Yes, with shared liability with the owner.
How can we be sure the service is safe?
  • Our drivers undergo rigorous screening, training, regular testing, and vaccination. They adhere to safety protocols.

How can I book a Maintenance Valet Service?

How early can you pick up the car?
  • As early as 6:00 AM until 9:00 PM.
Can you drive my car when it's number coding?
  • No.
If my car is picked up today, will it be delivered the same day?
  • Depends on the issue. For major repairs, confirmation is needed from the casa.
Why do you ask for an OR/CR in the Vehicle?
  • It's mandated by law to ensure road safety.
What if my car gets into an accident?
  • AutoConcierge shares liability. A waiver is signed before the ride.

Where is the service available?
  • Nationwide.
How long would it take to service my car?
  • Estimated 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic.
How much does Roadside Assistance cost?
  • Prices vary based on service. Towing starts at Php 2,500.
